Avoiding warranty service I purchased my truck from this dealer and did all required maintenance with them. I was having trouble with my engine occasionally overheating while t I purchased my truck from this dealer and did all required maintenance with them. I was having trouble with my engine occasionally overheating while towing up a grade and took it in several times to be told nothing was wrong. I decided to go to a radiator shop and have a flush done to see if that would help. The shop called an said not to do the flush since they found a bigger problem being exhaust gases in the coolant which points to the likelihood of a head leak. Having purchased an extended warranty from this dealer at purchase I and having 15000 miles left on that warranty I took it to them with paperwork showing the problem. They said they would test it and see. At the end of the day they claimed it passed all tests and had no leak. I decided to take it to a third party to get an impartial view and was told by this mechanic that he also found exhaust gases in the coolant and that the dealer should address the problem. I returned to the dealer with the new evidence and left the truck. They had it 2 weeks and returned it with nothing done saying it had no leak and refused to do anything. I was basically forced to sell the truck since I no longer trusted it for towing my trailer and could not get service from the dealer. More

Worst experience ever. I'm a loyal returning customer and I Worst experience ever. After working with multiple sales people and then working with the sales managers for weeks. Repeatedly being ignored, put off, Worst experience ever. After working with multiple sales people and then working with the sales managers for weeks. Repeatedly being ignored, put off, not getting phone calls as promised and basically kept in the dark as to where we were at in the process of working a deal. Completely unprofessional. To top things off I had planned on going in to the dealership on Saturday to complete my deal, only to find out they had sold the truck I had been working a deal on. Normally not a huge deal but at the end of the model year and having specific options and features stock was very limited. So in summation, Larry Miller Ford Draper went from having a loyal customer after my first truck purchase from them, to now I likely will never go back to this dealership, not even for service or parts. More
