Will not use Larry Miller group again, if they tell you anything make sure it is in writing, they will tell you what you want to hear then tell you much later they can’t get it for you because it wasn’t wr anything make sure it is in writing, they will tell you what you want to hear then tell you much later they can’t get it for you because it wasn’t written in the deal, it was just simple all weather Matt’s, I came back twice for them then I was told it’s not in the deal, I wasn’t asking for much, at least I didn’t think so, if that’s how you do business I will go somewhere else More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I'm not usually one to buy from dealers and this experience proves why, but I was in the market for a nice used car and they happened to have one we r I'm not usually one to buy from dealers and this experience proves why, but I was in the market for a nice used car and they happened to have one we really liked. The sales person was amazing and very accommodating and friendly. We even talked about buying another car from her because of our experience, but as soon as the deal was done and LHM was paid, it turned into the most ridiculous experience I've ever had. Part of the purchase was they were to fix the broken sunroof a few days after I bought it. What was supposed to be a 1-2 day job, took almost 2 weeks and during that time I could get no information from the dealer. When I finally received my car back it had 10-15 large scratches and a roof panel that rattles so bad I can barely stand to drive it. I understand things happen, and believe the damage was done by the company they hired, however what I don't understand is how a company like LHM refuses to take any responsibility for damage done while the car was in their care. They did offer to put a new clear coat on the car to fix the scratches as well as look at the rattling, but when I got it back the 2nd time the scratches were still very noticeable (just covered now with the clear coat), and the rattling continues. They bluntly told me that they will not do anything else to repair the damage and acted as if I should be happy with their efforts because they "didn't even have to do the clear coat" After getting someone else involved, they ultimately refused to fix the damage but told me they would be willing to take the car back on trade and help me find a different car if I'm not happy with the one I originally purchased. If I wanted a different car, I would have bought a different car and most likely would not have bought from a dealer. What I want is a company that understands and values customer service and one that takes responsibility to make things right. More
