Not only did they try and low ball my vehicle which was worth almost $1000 more in trade in value, they lied about the two cars that I wanted to test drive not being on the lot when they updated the ksl ad worth almost $1000 more in trade in value, they lied about the two cars that I wanted to test drive not being on the lot when they updated the ksl add the day I went in for the cars. They tried to shove me in a vehicle that was $2000 over my limit xxxx well knowing what my budget was but didn't care. To add insult to injury on this these xxxxers just sent me an email a week lateR with the same two vehicles that I wanted to test drive!!! But wait LHM I THOUGHT YOU GUYS HAD MAGICALLY SOLD THESE CARS THE DAY I WENT TO COME LOOK AT THEM!!!!! Shady shady shady shady shady xxx practices. If your going to ask your salespeople to lie about xxxx make sure you don't get them caught You have some slimy xxx salesman that work with you and due to this I will never ever work with LHM ever. 04/22/20I received an email from Garrett Erickson for a 04/22/20 I received an email from Garrett Erickson for a sales appointment: Your appointment is scheduled at LHM Ford Draper with Garrett Erickson 04/22/20 I received an email from Garrett Erickson for a sales appointment: Your appointment is scheduled at LHM Ford Draper with Garrett Erickson Organizer: Garrett Erickson Start Time: 4/22/2020 6:30:00 PM End Time: 4/22/2020 7:00:00 PM Location: LHM Ford Draper with Garrett Erickson. I replied asking why did I get the email and appt. Cody Adams replied, in part, "We apologize for the confusion, for some reason your email was attached to a customer's email name in our system. we set an appointment with the said customer for tonight and it emailed you because your email was attached. I am removing your email from this contact so you won't receive emails about this when we talk or have communication with this customer or any other it may have been associated with." I replied again, "How was my email attached? I've never bought a car from LHM." No reply. 04/23/20 I get another email from Garrett Erickson, "Thank you for choosing me and my team here at LHM Ford Draper for the purchase of your 2009 Ford Escape! We will do everything we can to maintain your complete satisfaction, not just in the purchase of your vehicle but also in meeting your service needs." Addressed to Darrell. This is not my name. Its not close. Neither is my email address. I replied with an angry and concerned email since 1. My personal information was being used without my permission and 2. Cody never followed through with his promise. I've never purchased ANYTHING from LHM. How is it they had my personal information and how did it get added to someone else? It has now become harrassment. 04/29/20 SiriusXM sends me an email congratulating me on my new vehicle. I, once again, email Cody and tell him to stop harassing me. I also had to call SiriusXM to get my personal information taken off "Darrell's" account. 04/30/20 I get yet another email from LHM. This time its signed Phil Pecoraro, General Manager, "Hello Darrell, Congratulations on the purchase of your Ford Escape. On behalf of LHM Ford Draper and myself, please accept our thanks for choosing to purchase your vehicle from us." I replied again asking them if they were interested in a harrassment complaint. I got no reply. I haven't gotten any further emails but I'm certainly concerned about the use of my personal information and what other information of mine have they used? More
