I swore I'd never return to Larry Miller Ford in Draper after multiple horrible experiences! Against my better judgement, I gave them one more shot and was sorely let down again! I called to schedule a 60K mile service for my Ford F150. They quoted me $1200. I scheduled. Went to drop off truck today, service advisor told me it'd be $1900! I told her I was quoted $1200. She argued that answering service must not have updated prices! She said she couldn't honor the price I was quoted over the phone! End of my business with these fools! I gave them another chance and they still managed to ruin it! Imagine telling someone that you don't want their business!!! More

Also, no car was available for me to use so I had to wait. In AZ they come get my car and leave one for me to drive or I can take it in and pick up a car to use. It appears Lincoln is a “side business “for this dealer. It won’t stop me from using this service again because I spend 6 months in Park City in the summer. More
