Service is horrible. When in for an oil change and backup camera recall. Was told it would be ready in 2 hours, took 6 hours. Service person never followed up with me until I approached him at the 4 hour mark. The comments on the service sheet said camera passed inspection, looks as bad as when I brought it in so I don’t know if they replaced it or not. Was never given a inspection service report. xxxx poor service More
They handle the situation on the Ford very well they we're excellent and have no bad word's about them. The service was fine. The service advisor did not communicate well. I asked for an update mid-afternoon and received a message at 7:30 pm.
