I bought a 2022 Ford F350 Diesel King Ranch. I can not say enough excellent words about Tony Hilder and Andre Martinez. Tony took excellent care of us and went out of his way to make things work I can not say enough excellent words about Tony Hilder and Andre Martinez. Tony took excellent care of us and went out of his way to make things work for us. Andre also went above and beyond to meet our needs and provide some extras to help us get the best deal possible. I will buy my next vehicle from them for sure. Great people to work with and they go the extra mile. Very satisfied with the dealership. Make sure you ask for Tony Hilder. More

My review is mostly for the service department, but the mere fact that they can't even print out the documentation for their warranties would definitely have me skeptical about working with their sales dep mere fact that they can't even print out the documentation for their warranties would definitely have me skeptical about working with their sales department too. I never want anything to do with an LHM dealership again. So here's the TLDR: I paid $2,500 for the LHM service department to steal parts of my car, endanger my life, leave tools under the hood, repeatedly waste my time, & fail to tighten (at least one) basic & essential bolt(s) on the car. They don't take responsibility or try to make things right. The clutch on my car went out. I got a letter the same day from Ford informing me an internal audit found the technician who was supposed to previously perform a recall for the clutch, did not do that. So I was forced to tow the car to a Ford dealership in hope the repairs would be covered under warranty. They, of course, were not. The service reps were rude and condescending every time I had to talk to them. For instance, I texted on Tuesday to ask for an update because I was told the car would be ready the previous Friday & hadn't heard anything. They called & rather than apologize or show any kindness, went straight to the excuses for not contacting me. All I wanted was an update. I realized driving away from the dealer that the start/stop feature wasn't working, but figured it might be because of the weather. Every time I got in the car though I noticed more & more issues. Initially there were 3 lights that kept flashing on my dashboard for a fraction of a second. I checked the lights with the car off and figured it was the ABS, Brake, and Traction Control lights. Then the Sync infotainment center started flashing black periodically and restarting itself. Sometimes the car seemed to have difficulty starting up. And finally, when driving on the freeway, I could feel the wheels start to lock up periodically for no apparent reason, almost as if I were hydroplaning. We didn't feel a need to look at the battery initially because we had just replaced the battery a few months ago, so we were concerned about the alternator. I drove to the service center, told them everything that was happening. First thing they did was check that the tires were the same size (again, they treat me like I know nothing about cars. Of course the tires were the same size). They then tried to set up an appointment for the next week. I'm driving down to see family for the holidays and the wheels start locking up a LOT more than before. When I got to my dad's house, we decided go check the battery's charge level to make sure the alternator was charging it properly. We opened the hood. Turns out, the dealership took my battery cover (they don't know where it is, apparently it's just disappeared), didn't even try to connect the battery terminal to the car (The cable was just floating on top, not even hand tightened. We figured this was probably what was causing all of the electronic issues - every time the car hit a bump or moved the cable, the power to the car would short), but then the best part, their mechanic left a wrench right underneath the hood. I'm just lucky that didn't fall down into the car and ruin the whole engine bay. Supposedly this was one of their best mechanics who only works on Focuses (car is a Focus 2015) and I was supposed to be in good hands. At best, I was shown laziness and carelessness. I'm struggling to trust that the clutch was repaired properly. How do I know they didn't fail to tighten another bolt somewhere? The LHM dealership claimed there's nothing they can do. Couldn't find the battery cover (ordered a new one). We asked for some sort of warranty on their work for peace of mind. They can't do that. No refund of any kind. They claim parts are warrantied for two years, unlimited miles, but only for manufacturer defects - And they can't print out any sort of documentation for this warranty, so I'm supposed to trust that it exists I guess. I'm stunned how unwilling they are to rectify the situation or take responsibility for endangering my life (imagine the wheels lock up on the icy roads), wasting my time, and stealing parts. I would trust them with nothing. More

Was stuck with out a car for a little over two weeks and I couldn’t get back home. There was no way they didn’t know that the transmission had a problem. I was out of work for two weeks with no income. The only thing they offered was weather mats wich I already had. Disappointed More
