Paid for a maintenance plan with my brand new F150. Take my truck in for all my oil changes. Engines started making a clanking noise on startup. Apparently there was a reprogramming/warranty work that Take my truck in for all my oil changes. Engines started making a clanking noise on startup. Apparently there was a reprogramming/warranty work that could have been done to prevent this that they never made me aware of, but by the time the problem started it was too late. Now my cam phasers need to be replaced at my cost. If you’re expecting them to tell you when there is warranty work that needs to be done, they won’t. I’ll never be scammed into paying for the over priced maintenance plan again. Probably won’t ever buy a Ford again with all the problems I’ve had with my brand new truck. More

I received an alert on my app saying it was time for an oil change. I called this morning at 7:30am and they were able to get me in after work at 5pm. It was fast and smooth. Great job! oil change. These folks were knowledgeable, accurate, polite, and efficient. They did not try to sell me anything I didn’t want. I felt well cared for by honest people.
