It has been a great car but my experience with this dealership is dismal at best. I purchased 3 oil changes for $165. & asked if they expire, & the business manager (Mike) said no they don’t expire. I got an email last week saying the remaining 2 oil changes are expiring this month. I have only 8,500 miles on the car, so I have only used one oil change. Went down to the dealership & talked with the other business manager & he said, “there is nothing we can do for you.” While buying the car I had other issues with the business manager adding things I did not ask for, but I won’t go into that today. I was in the process of trying to buy another Bronco Sport (Heritage Edition) online at LHM, but that isn’t going to happen. If you are thinking about buying a Ford AVOID LARRY H. MILLER FORD KING. I found them to be dishonest in many ways. Ken Garff Ford here I come! More

Round 4 of horrible maintenance. Got my truck home and there is now oil in my driveway from a recent oil change service. As much as I have been disappointed with the 10-speed transmission problems that I have had with my 2021 Platinum, Cliff in the service department calmed my issues. He kept me up to date on the repairs w transmission problems that I have had with my 2021 Platinum, Cliff in the service department calmed my issues. He kept me up to date on the repairs with phone calls and texts. He is proactive in his customer service. He call me earlier than at the ‘end of the day’ for pick up after the repair. He had my interests totally in mind. Great job Cliff! More

I dread going, and only take my car to them because we prepaid oil changes when we purchased our vehicle. They never repair things properly, they even mess up oil changes and tire rotations. I’ve left with check engine lights, tires under inflated, paid for repairs that were not done. I have to go back often because of all the issues they cause. There’s no place I want to go less than this service department, it's an absolutely horrible experience every time. I love my car but we specifically did not buy a Lincoln when we bought a new second vehicle because of the horrible service department at this dealership. . More
