It would be better if I could have read the actual service contract before buying rather than depend upon oral representations and then having to sign a paper saying I wasn’t relying on oral representations. The dealership went through the car before I bought it so I was disappointed to later discover that the sidewalls on 3 of the 4 tires were cracked and need replacement. Kristine was very helpful when I called to report I didn’t get the correct license plates. ONE MAJOR PROBLEM WITH DEALERSHIP: EVERY TIME I have called, I have spent about 10 - 15 minutes on hold or calling back multiple times to try to talk to the person I need. The phone system definitely needs improvement! More
