Leasing a new Honda CRV car The salesman Nathan was great, he took the time to explain leasing to me which I would not have considered before. Once I understood, it made sense. Then he spent a lot of time with us on the test drive and in the car explaining all the features. The last time I bought a new car was in 1986, a Honda Prelude so a lot has changed since then. The other sales people in the show room were nice as well, one guy gave me a protein bar because my blood sugar was low. More
Bud my salesman was great not so With the finance manager Bud was my salesman showed me all the pricing of cr-v and accessories. He was very obliging and helpful. The same cannot be said for your finance manage Robert Mandziara. I found out after looking the paper work this morning that some of the charges for the optional protection plans . He inferred that the vehicle service and maintenance agreement also covered 4 other protection plans, which they did not. Those plans came to a total of $3000 approximately. So I ended up with over 6500 dollars in protection packages. The one that galled the most was the 300 for gap protection which I distinctly remember I did not want. This is exactly the reason so many people put off buying a new car. More

Best auto buying experience I have had I have purchased several new vehicles, including Honda, over the years. All of our purchases have been from brand dealerships and I have to say that I have purchased several new vehicles, including Honda, over the years. All of our purchases have been from brand dealerships and I have to say that Larry H Miller's Honda of Spokane was by far my best experience. No real pressure from test drive to purchase. It took less then three hours from start to finish. It helped that I was an ideal candidate, but even though It was still the best experience I have had. More
