As positive a new car purchase experience as I have had. They had what I wanted on the lot, no searching the internet trying to find a car, although they can do that if needed.. No running back and forth to the manager a bunch of times. We talked frankly about my needs, decided on an offer for the vehicle I selected, and got a quick, no hassel answer. I have made other purchases at other dealers and this one rates up there with the best of them. Jimmy Hansen, the sales rep, spent time with us before and after the purchase making sure all of our questions got answered. There is a huge difference in the new car technology from what we were driving to this vehicle. Jimmy made sure to show us all the features and go through everything we could think of. And he also told us to come back any time if anything arises in the future. That means a lot to us. More
It was a great feeling to know that you are important. I called dealership Friday morning to see if I would be able to get my vehicle serviced. When I asked about schedule The service writer ( Jeff ) state I called dealership Friday morning to see if I would be able to get my vehicle serviced. When I asked about schedule The service writer ( Jeff ) stated that the day was very full but if I could leave for the vehicle for the day he would work it in. So that is what I did. Then I received a call about 10:00 am from Jeff the reason for his call that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced along with the air cleaner. He said that the car would be ready about 1:30 and it was. I am very pleased with the Downtown Honda dealership I have always been treated with nothing but courtesy and respect. Thank you Jeff for your help! More

They are not friendly, the service advisor did not even introduce himself and it was a different guy who told me there were no parts. I go to Pete's Honda for service and they are excellent and half the price of Larry Miller. Do yourself a favor and buy and service your car elsewhere. More

When I arrived, I was promp A recent recall item caused me to schedule a visit to the temporary service department at Larry H Miller Honda of Spokane. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted taken care of by a friendly staff. The needed work was scheduled for about two hours, and even though the department was very busy, my work was finished in less than one hour. With the dealership under re-construction, I thought that there might be some difficulties and some delays, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how smooth things were going. I have had service on my Hondas done here for years, and I was not disappointed. Good Show!!! More

I was not expecting a timing belt service to be done on a Saturday. They kept me informed throughout the day and there were no surprises.
