Bud Sebens is an Honest car salesman. We felt lied too 3 years ago when we did our very 1st lease through L.H.M. Honda. We came in in December to have our 2014 CRV appraised. At that time We felt lied too 3 years ago when we did our very 1st lease through L.H.M. Honda. We came in in December to have our 2014 CRV appraised. At that time we learned that most of what we were told 2.5 yrs. prior about our lease was not true. So we were disappointed at the time. When we came in a few days ago, it was to buy out our lease and keep the 2014, But we met Bud. And he explained the whole process over with us and explained the numbers on appraisal, equity and anything else we had a question on. I can tell you, we leased our 2017 due to his knowledge and his truthfulness. We know he was truthful, because he could pull up the data on the internet and show us numbers and work the math our in front of us for us to see and understand. He took the time to help us to understand and he was very professional. In fact one of his past customers came into Honda while we were there and Bud introduced us to him so that we could ask his opinion on leasing and his answer was just as Bud had said it would be. Bud earned our trust and that is not easy. I will be referring everyone I know to find Bud. I know he will be retiring soon but I hope that the other salesmen and women can learn from Bud and his example and your dealership will always be full of interested customers. More

Air Bag Replacement Made the appointmnet and had the airbags removed and replaced. Was told it could be a 4 to 41/2 hour job. It was complete in about 2 hours!!!! I was impressed with the appraisal offer, showing that Honda's really do hold their value. After seeing and test driving the 2016 CR-V I was amazed by the improvements made in the last 5 years... the new technology is fantastic from the navigation screens, Bluetooth availability, to the lane change camera. The interior seems more spacious and luxurious as well. The two-toned black and beige interior really looks more like a luxury car than older models of the CR-V. Lou was great to work with, and found exactly what my husband and I wanted in a car. I love driving it, and couldn't be happier with our decision to upgrade. More
