Dishonest and lie I wish I could give negative stars! I was called in since there was a promo on the NEW Honda crv @ 1.99% finally we got all the numbers right and I wa I wish I could give negative stars! I was called in since there was a promo on the NEW Honda crv @ 1.99% finally we got all the numbers right and I was told to sign and put a down payment and my car would be delivered in about two weeks. After the two weeks I went in to finish the paperwork only to find that the APR went to 2.99%. During that time I was also told that my loan would go to teachers credit union but they went to some place in Chicago. I feel that the finance person also fudged my email address so that I wouldn't get the survey. 100% dissatisfied and will never recommend this business, they are dishonest and didn't keep their words... Howard's awesome! We started looking at the van we bought immediately before Christmas. Altho Honda has no AWD van, the features Howard reminded us of and demon strated for us made the difference and made the sale. Haven’t received snow tires I was promised It’s been two weeks since I purchased my 2017 Honda Civic. Part of the reason why I made this purchase, was because of the sno tires I was promised! I have not heard a word from the dealership. I called parts today, they said that they didn’t even have an order for my snow tires. I totally feel like I’ve been scammed by this dealership. Who knows if I’ll ever receive my tires. More
