The whole operation was turnkey; that is, the cars, the financing, the insurance, and the obtaining of license plates from the DMV. Everyone was extremely pleasant, and I, as a jaded New Yorker, have to admit that I was very surprised. I don't think that buying a car in New York would have gone this smoothly.
