poor communication I drove 2 hours to meet Harry at 1pm for a new car purchase. He never showed or called. Car was supposed to have roof rails and about 325 miles on the odometer. Actually had no rails and over 500 miles. However, Steven did a great job of putting the deal together and making up for the deficiencies. I called the GM and left messages 4 times in a week to discuss this and another small issue. He did call back 5 days later, and was very helpful. I wish he was more accessible. The missed sales appointment and difficult communications are a red flag to me. This dealership has issues. They are fortunate to have an employee like Steven. He was excellent. More

Dan was an absolute superhero! I had a bankruptcy and was trying to find a vehicle. I messaged Dan hoping he would be able to help me get into an affordable car with my bankruptcy. My car buying experience was definitely different than most, as I live in Yakima, Wa which is several hours away from Spokane where he is located. He literally BROUGHT THE CAR TO ME! Dan took time out of his schedule to drive several hours to bring me my car. It’s been a few months shy of a year and I still absolutely adore my car.
