Positive group, comfortable and was completed in half the time that I expected. The vehicle was performing better when I left. They didn't try to gouge me with unnecessary repairs at the time. I scheduled an appointment for a recall. I decided to wait for the hour to hour and a half that it said it would take to complete the recall when I scheduled the appointment. When I chec I decided to wait for the hour to hour and a half that it said it would take to complete the recall when I scheduled the appointment. When I check in they inform me that it would take a full day or even overnight to repair. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. What a waste of my time. Why couldn't you have told me that upfront.
