Everytime I take my 2023 Honda HRV here I question if they even did anything. When I got my car back, my dash camera was unplugged (sorta a red flag). Today I get an email saying I need an alignment. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle and they addressed all of our concerns before we left the lot. I highly recommend the Service Center at Larry H. Miller Downtown Honda. I had the privilege to work with Dan, who is nothing short of professional and honest. The mechanics are also highly skilled. After bringing in my Honda Element 5 times to 2 different mechanics and $1K of repairs, they both gave up. They said they didn't know what was going on. Dan and his crew were not only able to identify the problem, but they also took photos and video footage to show what the issue was. I had other various people comment on how expensive it would be to go to a certified repair shop inside a dealership, but this turned out to be a misconception. Their hourly rates were average for the area, and were even less expensive than other Honda specific repair shops. 10/10! More
