When calling the dealership on a used Dodge Ram Big Horn I spoke to Ryan Small and he was very helpful and not pushy at all. i came in and drove the used truck but with the rebates and financing being lower on a new one they were able to make that happen for us!!! I knew what was out there as for price so when I went to buy this vehicle I knew excactly where I needed to be for budget. He was fantastic in getting us in and out of the dealership and for that I appreciate his time and patience. Untrustworthy service Took my teenage daughters car in for check engine light, throttle control light, and warning of engine too hot. They claimed that the cause was that Took my teenage daughters car in for check engine light, throttle control light, and warning of engine too hot. They claimed that the cause was that my teenage daughter purposely cut the wires and I that they would not cover the warranty repairs. This was a complete lie. Manager blamed every crazy cause other than defect from Dodge that they would have to repair under warranty. When we took the car back, the air conditioner stopped working while they had it. More
