Upon arriving at the dealership I drove all the way to Larry Miller Dodge from San Tan Valley to get what I already knew I was going to drive away in. Upon arriving at the dealership i was greeted by Ryne with a great attitude and was eager to help me find my new car. Ryne ask why i was driving a Dart? He too knew the only car for me was the Challenger with all the Scat Pack options, not that stupid Dart. If you meet the right people, a great experience I came in and was greeted by Kelly, the saleswoman, immediately. She worked with us for awhile to find the perfect vehicle. When we sat down to talk n I came in and was greeted by Kelly, the saleswoman, immediately. She worked with us for awhile to find the perfect vehicle. When we sat down to talk numbers, Kelly worked her hardest to get us a good deal. However, when we stalled in negotiations, the manager came out and began to address us rudely. After hours of working with Kelly, a two minute conversation with the manager had us on our way out the door (at the manager's request, no less). Kelly and another manager stopped us and brought us back in. They were super kind and helped us continue negotiating our deal. We ultimately left with something that everyone was happy with. If you go here, just be wary of who you work with. A majority of the people were pleasant and accommodating, but there are a couple people here who do not know how to handle business in a calm and professional manner. More
