5 weeks April 15th we walked into your dealership to inquire about a truck that had a mega cab. We were introduced to Nathan Bynum one of your salespersons an April 15th we walked into your dealership to inquire about a truck that had a mega cab. We were introduced to Nathan Bynum one of your salespersons and although they didn't have any on the lot in our price range, we went on a test drive. After the test drive we went into dealership to search out other dealers that might have one in our price range. We were told by Nathan and Will Fortune that there was one in Billings, Montana and that it would be no problem getting it here to Arizona. We said ok, worked out a deal with our trade in, paid our down payment and signed paperwork. April 21st while on vacation we get a call from Joel Allemand an assistant manager, and said that the deal fell through, there was a communication breakdown. Not sure on who's part Billings or Peoria, but I suspect it was a little of both. This was very upsetting because we were under the impression we would have a vehicle soon. I called Joel back when we returned from vacation on Monday April 24th he said he found another vehicle in Utah, and that this time it was a done deal, they have made contact with them and that we can have the vehicle, they just needed to work out a trade with them. We go in and sign new paperwork on Wednesday April 26th and are told this truck should be here in about 1.5 to 2 weeks. After not hearing anything from Joel I called a week and a half later on May 4th, Joel said he didn't know what was going on, that he actually forgot about the transaction and will call me back that day. With no surprise I didn't get a call that day or even Friday. At that point I decided to go into the dealership to get some answers. Saturday, 3 weeks later I was introduced to Robert Priemer. We sat down and I asked if point blank after I explained my situation if the truck was coming and he said no it wasn't. I yelled then cried with frustration and said why not? He said working with dealers out of state is not always successful and really only work out 30% of the time. I said then why did they lead me to believe it could be twice? I said, we could have ordered one and be halfway through the process. This was again very upsetting because we were not only once, but twice told that we had a vehicle coming when all along it wasn't. Robbie, came up with an idea and said it was a long shot but there was 1 mega cab a little more than I wanted to pay, but that the difference would not be charged to us. I decided to give it 1 more shot since Robbie seemed to be giving me the truth. We finally got the call a week and a half later that the truck was on the lot and it was ours if we wanted it. We came down met with Robbie on May 19th and finally got the truck we wanted. Robbie did say it was going up $10 as the tags or something were higher, and I said ok. We signed the paperwork, and went home with the truck we had patiently been waiting for. In the end, Robbie has renewed our faith, as I had told him I had faith in him, that he would get this done. It was a very stressful 5 weeks, but we are happy that we finally got the Mega Cab. I would have to say Will Fortune and Robert Priemer were the best part of this purchase. You should be thankful to have them working in your dealership. I got an email from Will a few days later thanking us for being so patient with them. Thank you Will and Robbie! We will be bringing in our truck for service, I certainly hope they provide excellent service from the first visit and every visit thereafter. If I could give a rating of excellent 5 it would be because or Will and Robbie, but the overall experience had to be a 4. Thank you for allowing me to write my review. Brenda Nelson and Family. More

Since day one till signing and driving off with my truck they worked hard. They made sure we where both happy with the negotiation. They pretty my did all they could to get me driving off with my new 2017 Dodge Ram 1500. I want to thank Jorge Cortez which he explained everything and pretty much was there and available anytime we needed to talk, Sam Slater - the floor manager, who was pretty straight forward with me abd very profesional and finally Jesse the Sales manager from Sonora, thank you all for making this as easy and hassle free as possible.
