They got their momey and no longer care. Only 1/2 star We purchased a 2014 Dodge Caravan, from Larry Miller Dodge, in 2014. We have approximately 70,00 miles on this vehicle. We were also under the impression that we purchased an extend warranty. We maintained this vehicle with regular service as required. Recently we went on vacation to San Diego California. On the way home I noticed that the trim on the driver door on the rear post was "flapping" in the wind. I started to pull off the highway to fix it, but it blew off before I could find a place. On returning to Phoenix I took the van into the service department at Larry H. Miller Dodge In Peoria. I was met with all sorts of reason why they could not take care of this problem. First and most used response was " you know you live in Arizona". Also used was "its wear and tear". This is a non moving part that is attached to the door post with tape or glue. While at the dealer ship I also pointed out that the same piece on the passenger door was loose and about to come off. After a lengthy discussion and a threat to contact a lawyer they agreed to replace the one that came off. I finally had to go to the General Manager. They said they would call me when the part came in. 12 days later I called about the part and was told it was in and had been there for a few days. Set an appointment to take the van in and have it fixed. Day of appointment I was there at opening and waited in the lobby for over an hour. At this time I was told the part was not in yet. I was told they would call when they received it. No apology for wasting my time, I took the day off work to do this. Was called a day or 2 later and set up an appointment. They did replace the rocker panel but no mention of the right door. I was told by the service manager they did me a favor replacing the one. two days later the rocker panel on the right passenger door blew off. Larry H Millers' staff at the Peoria store has no pride in the product they sale and sure don't stand behind the product as long as they get their money. I will never do business with any of the Larry H. Miller dealerships, nor will I recommend them to any one looking to by a vehicle. More

Service people do not go out of their way to find a problem I have had this car (2015 Chrysler 200) for just under 6 months. I should have reconsidered buying when finding out I was the 3rd owner of a car that I have had this car (2015 Chrysler 200) for just under 6 months. I should have reconsidered buying when finding out I was the 3rd owner of a car that was less than 2 years old. I took the car in this last weekend for my oil change. What started as being a little upset when the service sheet said they check and top off all fluid, my windshield washer fluid was completely empty 2 days later, escalated more two days later when my car was completely dead. Back track to several times I stopped in to have them "smell" the car since we were experiencing a horrible chemical smell in the car. I told them it smelled more the longer the car ran. After several times of going in complaining about the smell and the fact that the car at times shifted very hard, like it was staining, even when putting the car in park it would at times "lurch forward". Again each time they could not find anything wrong with the car. Finally they took the car over night to test and find what is wrong (again reminding them that it smelled and acted funny after long runs) they still could not find a problem with the car. (Though my odometer showed they only took the car out for 2 miles. ) Now back to Wednesday and a dead car. Finally got the car jumped and took 5 miles down the road to buy a battery (Again, reminder that they said at time of purchase it was a new battery and new tires.) When the battery was being removed the Service man had to wait because the battery was "too hot to handle". Again only drove car for 5 miles. When they finally got the battery out they were surprised to see the battery "bulging" I asked what could have caused a battery to do that and die only after 6 months and they said it might be the alternator issue (alternator over charging the battery) that would cause that bulging and the smell in the car due to leaking acid. They stated that i was lucky with the leak and bulging that it did not blow up in the car. Now I am out almost $200 because it was a "wearable part" and still "nothing wrong with my car. The only reason I bought the battery was because I had to get to work the next day. I even called the Dealership and asked what I should do and they told me not to have it towed to the Dealership because if it was just battery then I would have to pay a lot more through them. I personally feel that they did not want me to bring the car to them because they knew there was an underlying issue do to all the complaining I did over months. More

My husband and I came in and got a 2017 Charger, had the car for a month, I get a phone call yesterday saying they finally got me finance, and I need to come in and resign papers. Go in and they are telling me that my car note will be $760.50, for a basic model. They must really be out of their mind to come at me with that number or they think that I am stupid or something. I have an Avenger and my note was only $438. They must really thought they sold me a Mercedes or BMW. I was told they work with people with credit problems, and they have the best finance companies. Chris in finance even got mad because I wouldn't sign the papers and asked for my old car back. My credit is not good but it is not bad either. I pay all my bills on time, the only thing that is hurting my credit is medical bills, and I was told they do not look at that. They must really think I really need a car really bad, NOT...... my 2014 Avenger is just fine and still have low miles, and under warranty. I have been burned many times by the Larry Miller Franchise, from making appointment to get my car worked on, to them saying we can not do your car you would have to leave it and we will work on it in 3-4 days and this was just an oil change.....so why call in and make an appointment.... I work all the way in Scottsdale, AZ, had to leave work early to make my appointment, but this little situation they just pulled on me was the icing on the cake. I will never, ever, step foot into any Larry Miller Dealerships in my life ever again. I will be calling the Dodge Corp, Mopar Corp, and I will also try my best to get in touch with Helen Miller the owner of the company to tell them how her workers do things. More

She searched high and low to get me into the Charger I wanted. I left feeling very impressed and this should not go untold. Luis the sales manager was great and located and transferred my car from another dealership since I was did not find the color I was looking for on their lot. Michael was my finance man and helped get me into a affordable protection plan with no pressure just facts and details. Cant say enough good things. Keep up the good work! More
