My appointment was at 7:15 am I waited for it. Around 9:45 it was done. 2 and 1/2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. Then once on road the light comes on showing tire pressure was low/ incorrect. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? Even though the paper given to me shows things were checked, I doubt that any levels were looked at or toped off. Very hard to trust a company doing a complete job when something so easy as to check air pressure was. NOT done. Absolutely NO EXCUSE!!!! This explained why customers can not watch vehicles being worked on. Shame on you for not taking better care of customers. I even doubt this survey is even looked at or if anyone will call to make a follow up attempt to keep my business. Just UNSAT! More
