run, do not go there worst experience ever, I bought a car there 5 years ago, and I was happy, this time was awful. the finance person Frank was awful. he made up stuff, a worst experience ever, I bought a car there 5 years ago, and I was happy, this time was awful. the finance person Frank was awful. he made up stuff, added things I said no to on the deal .. he kept saying no you need this. I waiting over 6 hours to get a truck. I was paying cash and it was ridiculous , the wait, the sales people, the finance person. there are better places out there I would highly recommend that you go else where to save the stress and headache of this creeps. BTW, After being in the finance room and told about my payments, I informed them I was paying cash and was told this was not a good idea. I paid cash anyway. but it was a headache. 1 week later the truck had issues and I was told that it was bad gas that made the ac and dash light go off. right maybe these fools can change my blinker fluid too. More

Service on my new Ram Truck I brought my truck to Larry Miller to figure out the shaking that happens at 64mph. Tires balanced still not fixed. The mechanic actually drove with me and felt the problem. He then did a quick road force test and found out I had 2 bad tires that were brand new. Great honest service Dept I have taken my truck to this dealership numerous times I have always worked with the same service advisor Josh S. when I check in he tells me immedia I have taken my truck to this dealership numerous times I have always worked with the same service advisor Josh S. when I check in he tells me immediately weather or not he thinks he can get the truck back to me the same day or not. If he can not he always offers to get me a ride somewhere. He calls me back same day to get me a diagnosis on the vehicle or at least an update. I will take future vehicles to this dealership due to this guys people skills and communication with me. More
