We ended up purchasing a Ram pickup and we have used this service department We started using Larry Miller for service when another dealer fell short. We ended up purchasing a Ram pickup and we have used this service department for recall and maintenance issues. We have never felt we were a bother, we even had need for a loaner vehicle and a manager washed it for us before handing over the keys. As a rule I don't like dealerships, Larry Miller is the exception! Chris was the most recent service writer we had and we had regular updates, the vehicle was inspected for any other issues and our truck was returned on time. Thank you. More

Negotiations were straight forward and was low pressure I went to ford Peoria and got into almost a battle over price and options and it wasn’t like that at all they listened to what I wanted and gave me the best truck for what I wanted to spend. I wish I went there first I would have saved time. They ended up doing a dealer trade from another Larry h Miller that had a better price on a dodge rebel basically I test drove the 2018 rebel there and loved it but saw online Avondale Larry h Miller had a 2017 with rebates that was cheaper. They gave me online price and really the only extra I paid for was extended warranty. I left happy with the truck and price. Even when getting the extended warranty they weren’t pushy they just gave me the pros of it and let me decide. More

A long drive .. but worth it! We looked high and low for the exact vehicle we wanted and found it over 300 miles away at Larry Miller Dodge. We worked with Bruce Weiss via text and email to get the deal we wanted for the new truck and our trade. The process felt like Bruce and LHM Dodge wanted to do business with us NOT it was a privilege for us to buy a vehicle from them. When we arrived at the dealership the truck was ready to go and all we had to do was hand over to key to our trade and do the paperwork for the purchase with finance and were in and out in a flash. After the sale, we discovered the hub caps were not put on and Bruce sent them right away and we had them the next day. Bruce and team did a fantastic job! I would buy again from them. More
