service after the sale I purchased a new Ram late 2017, and was supposed to get step bars installed. i was told they are on back order but i found 5 sets at other Larry Mill I purchased a new Ram late 2017, and was supposed to get step bars installed. i was told they are on back order but i found 5 sets at other Larry Miller dealers in Arizona. I was told i cant have those since they are on back order they cant transfer them from the other dealers, in case they need them for their customers, fully i though i was their customer, and i paid for theses months ago. . I reached out to them for help on their web site contact page 3 days ago, but nothing back. More

Know before you sign This is how I feel about my latest purchase with them. I have made a few other purchases through lhm Peoria and also referred a few friends and family This is how I feel about my latest purchase with them. I have made a few other purchases through lhm Peoria and also referred a few friends and family that also purchased here. I'm glad they were able to put a deal together for me but at the same time there were hidden items they added to the loan that I caught and asked about in finance and was told that the bank wants said $2500 item in the loan structure. Now I'm not stupid I hesitated but didn't want to argue because it was late and they say the loan is approved but only if said item is there whatever 930 pm after a 12 hour shift and sitting here for a couple hours I'm just at the whatever point. I did not like that it wasn't mentioned to me when going through negotiations and was simply slipped this paper that says total care auto with no explanation of what it was just sign it, as soon as I saw the upper left corner I knew from previous experience that it's an extended warranty so I didn't sign and asked why do I need to sign this. The response was the bank won't approve unless this is signed I laughed but said whatever. In my case that's a $70 + a month add on to the loan I don't care but why was it never mentioned to me??? It wasn't offered it was basically shoved down my throat." surprise" i signed it under the impression of you sign it and its all gravy or dont sign it and no deal. if it is any other person that doesn't read any paperwork they are signing they will have gotten stuck with it and not know they have it. Come on guys I thought you were better than this! I trusted you guys to make a large financial purchase and you pull this crap on a loyal customer... I contacted the bank they said they do not require this purchase because the vehicle has it's own warranty as it is so who am I supposed to beleive??? The bank financing the car (chrysler capital) or the people I trusted thats selling me the car. Very disappointing and aggrivating to say the least. There is definitely time to turn this around and make it right before the loan is finalized i will take care of you if you take care of me. Is it really worth losing a long time and loyal customer that sends you customers to make a few hundred bucks this one time because it will be the last time you will see me there including friends and family. Needless to say the messenger (sales guy) deandre did awesome he was laid back very nice and friendly it's too bad I won't shop there again. know this before you sign especially the extended warranty you don't need it to get financing!.... After going back a few times they did remove the warranty but I had enough of b's and didn't want to go back again the final paperwork had dings and dent removal with a 2 year maintenance plan that will basically never be used. I'm over it and just wanted it to be over and done with! I have referred a couple people elsewhere and have 3 others looking for a vehicle. They lost a loyal customer and tons of referrals thanks lhm for an experience I will never forget.i took a picture of their mission statement that they completely failed at following and upholding. More

I went for an oil change and Aaron was very efficient and personable .
