I walked in talked to a sales rep who took me for a test drive. After the test drive it was a lot of empty promises of what I can get into and at what range. And of course the range was more expansive. Salesman went into the financing office, came back out said they were working things out for me and I never saw the salesman again during this transaction. Not a thank you, I hope you enjoy, or even a get the heck off my lot. Throughout the time he was with us all he talked about was give me a good review. If his rating could be recorded here it would be a negative 5 stars. Oh by the way he called 3 days later not to ask if I'm enjoying my truck, but to ask if I received the review in my email yet and to "Hook him up with a good review." Part 2: I purchased my new 2018 truck 5/30/2018. 3 weeks after I purchased it I noticed an oil leak. I called into the service department set up an appointment, got it in and had an awesome experience with John the service manger, very nice and good customer relations. So my three week old truck had Motor work done the whole top end was taken off sensors, wiring harness, replaced and put back together. All good right. No three weeks later it starts leaking again, I call the service department to set up an appointment, first lady I spoke with said she'll give John the message, the second call the guy i talked to sent me to John's Voice mail, and on the third call the guy I talked to was trying to schedule me for a week out appointment, of course I'm heated by now and eventually he patches me into John and of course he takes care of everything for me. He has me drop off my Truck and has a loaner ready as soon as I get there. "Great Service". So now I've had this brand new truck for two months. John calls me yesterday and says after doing some tests we found a pin whole in the motor casting and will need to replace. So Two major repairs on a Brand new truck. So my resale value is completely shot. And of course the whole new car experience or the lack of is ruined. Are you ready for this, here's the best part, Larry H Miller as a company has not once reached out to me to see if I needed anything, or to say sorry about the experience I'm having. I truly feel like I'm just a number. Its a shame and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. ~Robert More

My wife and I arrived at said time and guess what "NO TRUCK". At which point they offered a good discount for a new truck, even though it was a little. The sales man, Tucker, was great. The truck upon delivery to me, did not even look as if it was washed, dirt spots all over, bed and dinner was filled with dirt, windows looked as if they tried to clean them hot. Beware of the finance department I purchased a diesel truck from this dealer. I purchased the maintenance package that allowed for six oil changes. When I went in for my first oil c I purchased a diesel truck from this dealer. I purchased the maintenance package that allowed for six oil changes. When I went in for my first oil change they told me they sold me the wrong package and would not cover my oil changes. I contacted the finance person, Aaron Morrison, and he told me he would get it taken care of and contact me to let me know the outcome. It took 24 hours for him to contact me and he did not have the courtesy to call. He sent me an email letting me know that they were breaking the contract on their own. I sent an email stating I wanted the extended warranty reimbursed then because there is no way they didn't know it was a diesel for the maintenance but did for the extended warranty. As I went through additional paperwork I noticed I was sold an anti theft product for window etching. My fault for paying for something so senseless but I was in a hurry to be done at the dealership. The problem is none of the windows were etched so I was sold a fraudulent product. Larry Miller is why auto dealers have the reputation they do. I would not recommend them and will never purchase from them again. More
