So on Friday 3 days after leaving messages I finally speak to a person that checks with the third party vendor to see where plates are. Answer. Not even processed. 3 business days before e piriarion of temp tag. Really. 3 days? Where is the follow up on customer service and finishing the sales deal. Now the issue. Since both my husband and myself use this as one of the vehicles on our lyft account we will be blocked from making money with lyft st midnight until plates arrive in the future. After being told they would be hand delivered today ( Monday ) by the used car manager. Spoke to my sales agent today ( Monday) and now being told it’s too late today to fix it. I must wait until tommorow if played do not come in mail. This is affecting the ability to make money not only for one person but for two. So buyers. You must follow up on the title work because obviously it falls through the cracks with little to no effect on the employees job. More
