Did easy online service appointment. When I arrived was told it may take a couple hours to get in for service. Vehicle repair took 4 hours as they didn’t have small prong for oil dip s When I arrived was told it may take a couple hours to get in for service. Vehicle repair took 4 hours as they didn’t have small prong for oil dip stick. So wasn’t happy it took so long for small repair and service. Luckily it was covered under warranty so was happy it didn’t cost any money More
