Making an appointment for safety recall repairs on my Promaster/Winnebago took over 16 months! I recently purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 and while there were some minor hiccups following the purchase, I must say the dealership went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Excellent service. Always available when I need an oil change or any other type of service. I live in Buckeye but don’t mind driving out to Peoria because they can always work me in. I didn’t like the service provided, I took my vehicle in 2 times for the same issue. My car is vibrating, it’s pulling and lagging and on start up it’s like it’s not pushing enough power/gas. Dealer told me 2 times for the same issue. My car is vibrating, it’s pulling and lagging and on start up it’s like it’s not pushing enough power/gas. Dealer told me, there was no issues both times and returned the vehicle back to me. This issue has been going on for 2 months now.. I do have all warranty’s and there isn’t anything they can do for me. I was very very unhappy with their service. More

We live out of town. Kept getting ads in the mail and decided to give LHM a shot at helping us. Biggest waste of time. After giving all our personal information, telling the salesman, (Eddy?) What we were looking for and what we needed, we ended up going with another dealer. After many attempts of being told what was available on the lot, continuously getting it wrong after being corrected many times on the phone, we had to find something on their website that would've been what we were looking for. Great, we found something right? Nope. So we gave him the stock number and year, make and model and tell him that was what we wanted to work with. Previously being told that they couldn't give us information as what our payment/down payment would look like without attaching a vehicle to the application. We did not want to make the trip if we didn't know that information prior as we knew where we stood locally. After many failed attempts to get any information on the loan at all, we gave up. We were then texted asking if we were still able to come down, as we mentioned as long as we got info, we would be down in the next few days. I politely declined as once again, stating we never received any information. I will say, he politely, decided he was going to argue with me stating that he did give us the information we wanted, also stating he gave us information on trucks and SUVs alternatively to the vehicle we inquired about, while also giving us the information we wanted the whole time on the vehicle we picked out, the down payment, and horrendous monthly payment. No options. Just flat out. We were able to secure a vehicle here locally, in few hours, with a much lower payment and down payment. If you're going to send mailers to people obviously out of your local area, please have something to offer because this was a giant waste of everyone's time. All the hustle and sales pushing for what? We were very clear with what we wanted. Sent all our information over literally instantly, and it took four days to get something that I got in two hours. We appreciate everyone's time there, but you're going to have to offer much better service to earn a better review from me. More
