Bruce Weiss head of Customer Service got everything on our due on Deal done for us. Our New 2500 Ram looks amazing, we are so happy & so pleased. This is a TRUCK and we sure missed it while it was in t our due on Deal done for us. Our New 2500 Ram looks amazing, we are so happy & so pleased. Bruce I appologize for having to be so rough on you because Johnny Martinez didn't want to do the right thing & do his job. But You came thru for us and we greatly appreciate it. I said it in our last review & I will say it again you should be the General Manager there because you truly care about the customer NOT the bottom line of what something is going to cost on a new vehicle that comes out of your bottom line which means it probably comes out of your bonus if you were GM. But you did the right thing and I hope corporate knows how much you love the customer & how much you want to be honest & do the right thing. We wrote an amazing review when we first purchased our new 2500 Ram Longhorn Limited Edition and then things went sour because the Mgr. Jesse Left & Johnny the Mgr. didn't want to take care of the Due on new 2500 Ram Longhorn Limited Edition and then things went sour because the Mgr. Jesse Left & Johnny the Mgr. didn't want to take care of the Due on Deal warranty issues. So we wrote a very truthful & factual review describing what Johnny Martinez put us thru. It was a battle but Bruce Weiss who is in charge of Customer Service came thru for us. The Ram has been in the shop 2 weeks now getting warranty work done & Due on Deal work taken care of. Thank goodness we had Bruce fighting for us to get this taken care of. It didn't hurt that we wrote a very bad review on Johnny Martinez the Mgr. who didn't want to honor Jesse the mgr. we worked with his due on deal. But thru a lot of work and having Bruce on our side we are now getting everything on the Due on Deal warranty work taken care of. We can't thank Bruce Weiss enough for putting up with us being very aggressive and I do mean we were very aggressive. Now we don't cuss so I wasn't meaning verbal abuse at all as we don't believe in that. But with us working side by side with Bruce Weiss and his persistence with we believe corportate & local management there at Larry H. Miller Dodge the work is getting done. We will be posting another review once we get our New 2500 Ram Truck back to let you know how they did on doing the work. I will admit we were very upset because we didn't like the fact that Johnny Martinez would not even call or talk to us even though we left him many messages. But Bruce, he would always return calls or text messages always. Even when we chewed his butt out. He went the extra mile to really work on making sure we were taken care of. WE really do appreciate all of the work & effort that Bruce put in our deal making sure that all the items on the Due on Deal were taken care of just as Jesse our Mgr. had promised. So Bruce we want to thank you very much. If Larry H. Millers Management was as great as Bruce has been at customer service the entire dealership would be TOP NOTCH. Bruce can't ever go anywhere he needs to remain at Larry H. Miller Dodge. We have shopping at this dealership since 1980 I believe or close to that date. We shopped there when Larry H. Miller was actually there running the dealership as we went to church with him & he was such an ethical man. This was our first bad experience at this dealership & we didn't want our bad review to hurt the patronage their but we also wanted to make sure that NO one had to interact with Johnny Martinez who doesn't seem to really care about Larry H. Millers customers. Bruce Weiss has been the one that has taken EXCELLENT care of us even though we had to have a few battles regarding getting our warranty work on the due on deal taken care of. I would recommend making sure you always have Bruce on your side and make sure you have a manager that has your best interest at heart and that signs all due on deals. I am sorry to say this but I would NOT recommend working on any deals with Johnny Martinez. Johnny should have returned our calls & at least met with us in person to talk with us instead of pushing everything onto Bruce. We will say Bruce handled everything very professional. He should actually have Johnny Martinez's job because Bruce truly does care about Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram customers, he really wants return customers and he treats the customers the way he would want to be treated. I hope that corporate reads this new review & takes that into consideration. We highly recommend Bruce at this dealership as he really does fight for the customer. I would like to say he is almost as good as the Butter on top of my whole wheat toast. All joking aside, Because of Bruce we will now continue to recommend our friends to shop at Larry H. Miller. I have been posting on my facebook to shop their but do NOT deal with Johnny Martinez to always get a different Manager and Bruce as your customer serivce person because Bruce will take care of you. Corporate I hope you are reading this, you need to put Bruce up in Management. We don't normally take back our bad reviews when someone tries screwing us over but in this case Bruce deserved it because he called or text daily so we knew he had not forgotten about us and that he was working hard daily to make sure all the warranty work on the due on deal was taken care of. Thank you Bruce from the bottom of our hearts. You are a great asset to Larry H. Miller. More

I went in for an oil change and to repair the windshield fluid pump that wouldn’t spray. I think it took them just over an hour for both.
