I know it's easier to write a bad review than it is a positive one but I feel this review is valid.Horrible communication from my direct sales associate and one Assistant Manager. Was never given a straight answer until 3 days after my "promised" date, and was still dated another 24 hours. Vehicle was sold to me BEFORE the previous owner forfeited ownership of the vehicle. I was also told I would receive a rental vehicle if they worked on my car for longer than a day and was ignored when asking the question.After waiting 13 days for my vehicle was given absolutely no compensation, (not saying it was expected) all I wanted was a 2nd key for my car and they refused. Was only given a Thank You for your patience. When picking up my car the review of the vehicle was never had and was just given the keys and told have a nice day. I have only had my car for a few hours and have already had several minor issues with it. If you absolutely need a car come here last. More
