Went in for new tires, 4 & 1/2 hours to install tires and do alignment. Meaning it took them 1 hour per each tire plus a 10 minutes break in between each tire done. If That's the kind of service $1550 gets y do alignment. Meaning it took them 1 hour per each tire plus a 10 minutes break in between each tire done. If That's the kind of service $1550 gets you, can't imagine the horrors you will have to go through for an oil change or some minors repairs. Totally unacceptable. Only thing to note it's they get me a ride to a nearby restaurant back and forth, which it's worth around $15 dollars round trip. More

My experience with this dealership is exactly why people don’t like buying cars and car salesman have such a bad reputation. I was looking to buy a new Ram on Black Friday and got a written quote from Larry don’t like buying cars and car salesman have such a bad reputation. I was looking to buy a new Ram on Black Friday and got a written quote from Larry Miller. The salesman then calls me to ensure I got the quote. I liked the price so I went to the dealer with cash and when I arrived they bring me a price that was nearly $10k more. When questioned the guy goes and gets the internet manager who was also a lying sleeze bag. The manager attempted to explain that the price I was sent was done in error by a third party and that the price given included $5,500 in incentives that didn’t exist. Even if this was true, the new price was $9,500 more. I’m not great in math but that is still a $4k difference. That’s called bait and switch and is against the law. I will also be filing a complaint with the attorney general. After this experience not only did I not purchase from Larry Miller, I decided I wasn’t going to buy a Ram. I was so turned off I decided I did not want the Ram Product at all. I bought a Silverado instead and I’m glad I did. Was way nicer!!! Will never consider a ram/dodge product or anything from a Larry Miller dealership. I previously was a Larry Miller Hyundai customer and bought my previous vehicle there, but will no longer spend my money there! My Hyundai vehicle was scheduled to be repaired at Larry Miller collision with insurance but I will be changing that too! More
