Quality of work has been good in my past experiences but customer service is lacking. When I walk into the service office, the employees stare at me like I’m not supposed to be there and I have to initiate customer service is lacking. I ended up with an issue with my truck (only issue I have had) that was a known problem by Ram. Josh in service suggested I call Chrysler care because my truck had literally just passed out of warranty. Josh had) that was a known problem by Ram. Josh in service suggested I call Chrysler care because my truck had literally just passed out of warranty. Josh advocated for me and Chrysler agreed to fix it. I have to say Chrysler was great about it too but Josh took the time to lead me to other options and helped get the approval. More
