Most honest interaction I have ever had at a dealership!!! Carlos is awesome. I made an appointment to bring my 2014 Dodge RAM in for transmission service as the owners manual called for. I was quoted $299.0 Carlos is awesome. I made an appointment to bring my 2014 Dodge RAM in for transmission service as the owners manual called for. I was quoted $299.00 for the "dealer only" service. After bringing my truck in and hanging out in the waiting room about 20 minutes Carlos came in and informed that my truck with the 8 speed transmission never needs service. I was flabbergasted! 1st because the transmission never needs service and 2nd because Carlos was honest and informed me. I could have easily paid the $299.00 and never been the wiser.
