No hassles and service performed quickly I had bought my 2017 Dodge Journey at Earnhardt's in Gilbert., Bringing it home, I noticed a vibration and extremely poor quality of the back up camer I had bought my 2017 Dodge Journey at Earnhardt's in Gilbert., Bringing it home, I noticed a vibration and extremely poor quality of the back up camera... It was so grainy and dark that it was unusable... I complained to service advisor and service manager..... They kept telling me that Chrysler would not replace the camera... I complained to Chrysler and they sent me to LHM and to service advisor "Charles" he was courteous and listened when I explained the problems with a car with very few miles... He had everything fixed and replaced that defective camera..... Work was done quickly and with care to the vehicle.... No dirt or mess and work was done quickly...... I am very happy with the car and service done at LHM...... Compared to Click Dodge or Earnhardt,....., Larry H. Miller service department is fantastic a d would recommend them to my friends More

Easy and pleasant experience I like the friendliness, professionalism and ease of having my truck serviced. Water pump failure and damaged tire Had to tow my 3500 dually into the dealership due to damaged tire and leaking fluid. Brian gat a new tire, replaced water pump and oil change in 24 h Had to tow my 3500 dually into the dealership due to damaged tire and leaking fluid. Brian gat a new tire, replaced water pump and oil change in 24 hrs. He also arranged for a car rental. We use this dealership when we need service and are in the area. Super fast oil change and car wash!! Needed an oil change, was overdue quite a bit, so pulled in to the Express Lane about 4PM. Met with the Service Rep, told him what I needed, he asked Needed an oil change, was overdue quite a bit, so pulled in to the Express Lane about 4PM. Met with the Service Rep, told him what I needed, he asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash as well. I said OK, and about 45 minutes later, it was all done!! Could not believe the speed!!! More
