Service center review I have taken my truck here for years now and still have same issue. They do not pay any attention to your appointment time. I sat today from 10 am t I have taken my truck here for years now and still have same issue. They do not pay any attention to your appointment time. I sat today from 10 am to 4:30. even though it was a 1 and half job. I had specificallyrequested they made sure they had my part and at 3 they said just got part. I also came for my oil and rear brakes before my 3200 mile trip, requested check tires. On my trip a gas station warned me , my tires were 2008!! More

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I STOPPED IN TO 22ND STREET BECAUSE MY NEW RAM PICK UP TO MAKE A APPT TO HAVE THE SYSTEM CHECKED. I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A 8 AM APPT. I ARRIVED AT 7 I STOPPED IN TO 22ND STREET BECAUSE MY NEW RAM PICK UP TO MAKE A APPT TO HAVE THE SYSTEM CHECKED. I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A 8 AM APPT. I ARRIVED AT 7 40 THE ATTENDANT SIGNED ME IN AT SAID IT WILL TAKE APPROX A HOUR. MY WIFE AND i WERE SEATED AND OUR NAME WAS CALLED BY A GUY NAMED BYRAN AND SAID IT WILL BE ABOUT FIVE HRS TO LOOK AT IT. I SAID WHAT IS THE SENSE OF MAKING A APPT. confused I had an appointment last week and went to the dealership in the afternoon for my appointment. I waited a long time for someone to finally come out a I had an appointment last week and went to the dealership in the afternoon for my appointment. I waited a long time for someone to finally come out and help me. Apparently the person I was to deal with was no longer working there. I was then put with another individual and they started my work. I waited and noticed that my car was brought back but they didn't call me. I waited some more and finally went to the service desk and they found that the individual who was responsible for my car had left for a doctor's appointment. The work got done but I think it could have been without all the waiting. More
