Very upset I went in for and oil change and a recall defect om the cruise control and door panels. My car HAD leather seats and doors from a very expensive upgra I went in for and oil change and a recall defect om the cruise control and door panels. My car HAD leather seats and doors from a very expensive upgrade I paid for when I bought the car. Juan the service mechanic who helped me was very polite and nice (no issues with him). I left my car there overnight and when i picked it up, my car no longer had leather doors. I was shocked and was told they didnt do leather when fixing recalls. When i dropped off my car i was GUARANTEED my car would be given to me the same way & that the request would be put in for leather. This was one thing i made sure to ask multiple people. The explanation i got when picking up the car was that they got the request but they couldnt do it that way. So why did no one think about communicating with me about a decision taken without my consent. Even after talking with the service manager his response was that he couldnt do anything about it. I paid a lot of money for them to return my car without leather. The car should have been returned the SAME WAY it was dropped off especially since NO ONE communicated with me. More

Kellie was super friendly. As I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my vehicle to get serviced, Kellie came out a few times to let her clients know how much longer it would be. Larry h Miller Service Review Hello, i just recently had service done on my 2017 dodge journey, oil change full vehicle inspection rotated tires also a recent recall and with only Hello, i just recently had service done on my 2017 dodge journey, oil change full vehicle inspection rotated tires also a recent recall and with only 1 day scheduled appointment which was awesome, also while waiting my regular rep suppose to have been booked up but when i arrived and i greeted Todd and he went the extra mile and moved my vehicle in line for maintenance also he saw my other appointment for my scratch and dent repair for the following week and he spoke with the body repair and had my dent pulled and allready to go in under 2 hours now that is awesome customer service at its best so now i no longer need my other appointment.
