Poor service, uneducated techs I took in my vehicle to have it diagnosed as my battery continues to drain overnight. At intake, Mike, refused to look at my car until I had a battery I took in my vehicle to have it diagnosed as my battery continues to drain overnight. At intake, Mike, refused to look at my car until I had a battery test done on it. I complied and went to Firestone as that is where I had purchased my battery 10 days prior. After having it tested and being given written results showing it was not a battery issue I took it back. The dealership had my car for 6 days with zero follow up. I finally called for an update to be told that my battery was faulty. I went to pick up my vehicle and waited almost an hour for it, as it needed to be jump started. I then drove my car back to Firestone to have it rechecked. Within 3 hours I received a call from Firestone they had diagnosed the issue. I had a relay issue between the AC compressor and the distribution center that was consistently pulling 2.78 amps even when the car was shut off. Unfortunately my vehicle is under warranty which means all work needs to be done by Dodge. I made multiple attempts to contact Dodge and have received zero call backs or follow up except for some emails to rate my experience. My vehicle is now sitting at the Jeep LHM being serviced as the Dodge LHM was unwilling and unable to properly diagnose an issue. I am now going on week 3 with out my vehicle thanks to LHM Dodge. More
