Very easy to get an appointment and they are fast getting work done. Problem is they don’t check their own service records to see what they have already done and seem to recommend service to up sell. Felt Like a Caring, Neighborhood Shop I went in for a maintenance visit: oil change, tire rotation, car wash and a recall fix for my tailgate latch. Kelly was available promptly at my app I went in for a maintenance visit: oil change, tire rotation, car wash and a recall fix for my tailgate latch. Kelly was available promptly at my appointment time. She was courteous and even shared a story or two to make it feel like I was being taken care of by a friend. My truck was in and out fairly quickly. The first machine wash wasn't to Kelly's liking, so she ran it through again. My take - the machine is tired and needs upgrading as there was dirt left on the sideboards and in the wheels.. I returned the next day because my latch was sticking, and I was having trouble opening the tailgate. The nice mechanic, Ted, and Kelly showed me a bent portion on the side latch. With a bit of hammering and some WD40, it appeared the tailgate would open more easily. It's still sticking , but is a bit easier to open. They didn't charge me for the visit. I was thankful to be alerted to the problem and may have to buy a new latch. This time, I had a much better experience with this dealership than I did last year about this same time. I believe they're working to improve things. I might suggest they fix the carwash or have them hand washed. More
Nick from service talks to you like you’re dumb. Nick is way to busy obviously with everything else he’s “working” on. I tried to explain my concern and he blew it off. If there was no issue or concern I would not have brought the vehicle back. Did not make me feel like the vehicle was in good hands. When concerns started to pile up, we contacted Carlos who sold the vehicle and he did not hold to his word to take care of us. Still have the text messages as proof. When dealing with Leonard he said they had rental vehicles while service works on your vehicle. This is false. When asked for a rental the gentleman laughed. I have also called the general manager twice to voice concern and never received a call back. When requested to talk to him he said he was in a meeting when I could clearly see through the window he was hanging out. Absolutely worst service and customer care. The only one person I could appreciate is Ivan, he got an Uber for me when needed. He was open about communication on everything and how their paperwork and process is handled. More

This dealership was by far my best experience of the like. I was having issues with my battery, I was told after inspection that it had gone bad.it was replaced and I was on my way.
