Brought my 2016 Ram 2500 Cummins to Larry Miller Ram for Changing both fuel filter, oil and filter. Kellie was assigned to check us in and be liaison between customer and garage. Kellie performed the walk a Changing both fuel filter, oil and filter. Kellie was assigned to check us in and be liaison between customer and garage. Kellie performed the walk around to start and informed us in the waiting area that some additional fluid changes were recommended. I knew that these changes were at the due mileage so we had the garage perform the services. There was an additional 1 hour wait but were satisfied with the timing. The cost to perform the services were in line with what we paid to other Ram Dealers. I would rate Kellie as the best customer liaison that we’ve had across the Ram dealers we’ve been to (MA, OK, CO, San Diego and LA in CA, Longview and Olympia in WA). More

My service advisor name is Kellie Sinkinson. She seemed well educated/knowledgible on my vehicle. I have never experienced a service advisor anywhere with the kind of energy/enthusiasm to get the customer well educated/knowledgible on my vehicle. They sold us a brake neutral safety switch as part of the $500 we spent there. Within 4 days and 30 miles the brake light was on again. 4 visits, same thing, and no one checked the brake fluid in the reservoir. It registered below the fill line. We added $2 worth of fluid and the light went out. Absolutely the worst performing shop I have ever been in. Bunch of wasted time and money. I talked to the service manager Brandon and he was impossibly rude and condescending, if he worked for me I would have fired him on the spot. I have personally been an auto dealer here for 40 years and have never been so discouraged with service. Never going back. More
