On May 10th, 2021 I returned my 2016 Dodge Dart (for the 3rd) time back to the Larry H Miller Dodge Ram Service Department in frustration. I have had an on-going issue with my coolant system the results in 3rd) time back to the Larry H Miller Dodge Ram Service Department in frustration. I have had an on-going issue with my coolant system the results in my AC system shutting down. At on point in the year this issue had been ongoing; I even had a total system failure on the coolant system. No temp, oil temp almost to 90% and a "check engine" light. The 3rd time I returned the vehicle was RELUCTANTLY given a loaner and for a TOTAL of 67 days did not see my car again! It took me complaining to the GM to even get my car to be looked at. A total of 45 days siting in their back lot not being touched. The Service manager Ivan was condescending, and even at time rude to me. I had a rental agreement for a vehicle in my contract, which Mr. Ivan was not going to initially honor. At the end of this ordeal, I simply asked for a separate document stating that my requests for the vehicle were accomplished and wanted it signed by a manager. THAT was even not honored. DO NOT USE LARRY H MILLER DODGE RAM SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR ANY REASON! More
If I could give them a zero I would. I also don't like to complain but I felt like this should be something people know about so it doesn't happen to them too. When I made the appt, I told them, and the operator, multiple times what my car was (because it's been impossible to find anyone other than the dealership that will do an oil change). When I was over half way there and called them to confirm the address they FINALLY decided they should tell me that they don't service my car. Backstory: I have an alfa romeo and when I bought it there was a dealership. The dealership closed and they only took over the fiat serivce but failed to mention that until I had called. I have an infant to worry about, and I work on the complete opposite side of town so this was a huge inconvenience. I got zero sympathy or apologies from the girl I talked to about my car (who also made the appointment).I expressed my concern through the messaging on their website and they assured me a manager would reach out but couldn't tell me when or even give me a timeframe. This was on 6/29. It is now 7/8 and I still haven't heard from a manager. I messaged again and i'm being told the same thing so chances are they will not reach out to me. I don't want to bother calling because i'm sure i'll be told the same thing. 100% would not recommend this dealership, and should I decide to get a new car in the future, I absolutely will not step foot in this dealership. I called yesterday to get an old invoice and he told me that after 2 years they can longer access it. I call BS because I use to work there in service and have several customers want as many invoices as I that after 2 years they can longer access it. Brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler back in for Warranty Service and to fix a couple problems. Service Advisor Kellie Sinkinson took great care of all of my needs, she is professional, friendly, and deliver Service and to fix a couple problems. Service Advisor Kellie Sinkinson took great care of all of my needs, she is professional, friendly, and delivered on all she promised. She even gave a great recommendation for where to eat while we waited for the vehicle to be serviced. It shows that she loves what she does and cares about her customers. Service and repairs were completed very quickly and they did not try to up-sell me a lot of things that were not needed, like some other places frequently do. Concerning the Service Dept.; over the past 2 years I have taken my vehicle in on several occassions for the same problems to which they still have not fixed. I give Scott zero stars. I came in with a complaint, it wasn't resolved. Scott doesn't return messages or phone calls. Would not recommend the dealer for service station. Maintenance technicians struggled to remove and install a simple skid plate on underside of Toyota truck. I arrived at me appointed time and was met by Service Rep Kellie Sinkinson who had my service order in hand and we went through it together step by step. I was told it would take about an hour and a half, bu Kellie Sinkinson who had my service order in hand and we went through it together step by step. I was told it would take about an hour and a half, but I kept thinking of things that I wanted checked and each time I approached Kellie she said "can do" so by the time all was finish I had waited 7 hrs. During that time I was offered a ride to a mall, guided to places to eat and offered water a dozen times. Kellie is a special person, well trained and qualified to help guide you through decisions that are sometimes hard to make such as tire ware, differential service, coolant change etc. I was very impressed with her ability to serve many customers and still give each of us full attention. No doubt about it she is the real deal. The best part was that as I added things I wanted done, which started with an oil change, I got no feeling that I was over staying my welcome ,after all my appointment was for 1.5 hours ,but turned into 7 because of all the additional requests I made. Great Service Department and Kudos to the mechanics for a fine job. More
