Very disappointed that your dealership chooses to use a different book to determine labor hours. I previously had 12 rocker arms replaced at Click and my warranty covered 100%. I now had 24 rocker arms rep different book to determine labor hours. I previously had 12 rocker arms replaced at Click and my warranty covered 100%. I now had 24 rocker arms replaced at your dealership and because of your choice of “book” they cost me $700.00+ because warranty would not cover your price. Will not be taking my vehicle back to you nor my husbands dodge ram truck or daughter’s jeep or son’s dodge ram truck. There was no negotiating with your dealership. More
