L.H.Miller Dodge took $4200 to fix an air suspension leak; over a month later the problem HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. Thank you for your response to my review. Unfortunately the suspension pump wasn't the problem either. This past Sunday I took the vehicle for a long test drive on Rt.10 as the issue is most pronounced on the highway. The exact same issue persists; the original issue has not yet been repaired. I just spoke to Jesse (my service coordinator). He told me to bring in the truck to have it looked at again. But told me he still didn't have a loaner and the vehicle would not even be looked at until Monday due to capacity. Because the vehicle can be driven at low speeds for short distances, I will keep it for the wknd and bring it in on Monday after work.

L.H.Miller Dodge took $4200 to fix an air suspension leak; over a month later the problem HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. My position is, fix the problem or return my payment. This is a followup review from 10/5/23 concerning the air suspension system on a 2015 Ram 1500 Longhorn. There's bad news and some good news. The bad news is after a second attempt by the service department to repair the issue, the suspension system is still not functioning, which makes the vehicle unsafe to drive. I have to take it back in again. The good news is that after the General Manager learned of the issue, they realized they had errored in expecting me to pay additional money, and told me they would fix the problem, as they originally stated. I'm about to bring it back in again because yesterday, on Rt.10, the suspension failed exactly how it has been failing from the very beginning. I had to drive about 20 mph on the shoulder to get home. The bottoming-out and bouncing were so severe I felt ill, sea sick almost. Wish me luck; I'll keep you updated and improve my overall assessment when/if the issue is fixed. btw All the people at the dealership that I worked with were professional and courteous.
