I just want to say the Service department has been wonderful here at Larry H Miller Dodge Ram Fiat Tucson. Our service advisor, Jesse, went above and beyond in helping us with the repairs on our vehi wonderful here at Larry H Miller Dodge Ram Fiat Tucson. Our service advisor, Jesse, went above and beyond in helping us with the repairs on our vehicle. My Journey has been trouble since we bought it and has been in and out of the another service department many times. Every time they were never good experiences. Jesse kept us informed and when something delayed our vehicle he was very apologetical. We will be taking our Journey there from now on. More
I brought my vehicle, a 2015 Ram 1500 to Larry H Miller Dodge Ram/Fiat of tucson to repair an issue with the air suspension. I stated the truck’s air suspension system was intermittently not raising as usu Dodge Ram/Fiat of tucson to repair an issue with the air suspension. I stated the truck’s air suspension system was intermittently not raising as usual as indicated by the dashboard indicator lights and by the feel of the ride. I stated the vehicle felt as though the suspension was bottoming out over road pot holes and speed bumps, and the ride of the vehicle had become unstable. On 7/31/23 Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram of Tucson informed me that in order to “fix” the problem, I would need to replace the "compressor and valve block.” I decided to go ahead with the repair and on the morning of 9/28/23 I dropped off the vehicle. Only a few hours later on that very same afternoon I was informed that the repair was complete and I paid $4,174.32 to “fix” the issue and drove the vehicle off the lot. I was told there was a two year warranty on the parts and labor for the costly repair. Only five days later, and only approximately 10 miles driven since the repair, on 10/4/23 I noticed the issue was not in fact repaired as stated. In the discussions that followed I again told them it always an intermittent issue and I felt the issue was never correctly repaired. They informed me that your mechanic would not be able to look at the vehicle until the next week. I again dropped off the vehicle on Monday 10/9/23. As per a telephone conversation moments ago on Friday 10/20/23 Larry H Miller Dodge Ram Tucson informed me that in addition to the $4,174 paid a few weeks ago to “fix” the air suspension on the vehicle, THERE WOULD NOW BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $1,319 TO FIX THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM!!! I'm a former US Marine and currently an RN. My 8 year old vehicle is only valued at ~$20K. Spending ~$4200 to fix this issue was at the outside of my ability to pay. They want to now charge me an additional $1300 more for their failed original diagnosis! More
Last Friday 9/29/23 Larry Miller Dodge repaired the air suspension on a 2015 Ram 1500 (4WD) at a cost of $4,174.32. When driven off the lot on that day the air suspension appeared to be repaired. However, less than a week later the air suspension reverted back to its pre-repair condition and did not function. After turning the vehicle off, waiting a moment and restarting, the air suspension seemed to improve. Then again this morning (10/5/23) when starting the vehicle for the first time of the day, the air suspension again did not function properly. The ride is rough and unstable. This costly repair fail is obviously very disruptive to anyone's schedule. For this I give a poor rating. The bright spot is the rep who helped me, Jesse, was very knowledgeable and professional. I will gladly improve this rating if the vehicle is repaired correctly and in a timely manner. Patrick D. Fitzsimmons More

Very disappointed with the service department, I took my car (2017 dodge journey) with a suspension noise to service and my advisor(Juan) keeps telling me to replace the front struts, I took the car to a su car (2017 dodge journey) with a suspension noise to service and my advisor(Juan) keeps telling me to replace the front struts, I took the car to a suspension shop for a second opinion and they said the struts are fine that the problems are something else(stabilizer bar bushings, sway bar links, and the end rods), very frustrated! my car is still under warranty and now I will have to spend out-of-pocket money to get it fixed, unacceptable. I purched my last truck and my current truck from these guys. I called today to schedule an oil change and the had no record of me.
