I bring my truck in for service only to this dealer. I think their prices are competitive and your customer service is great. While waiting for my service to be completed, I give frequent texts giving m I think their prices are competitive and your customer service is great. While waiting for my service to be completed, I give frequent texts giving me the status of the service. They also text me what's recommended and give me an option to agree or not. Their waiting area is large and comfortable and they give complimentary refreshments and coffee. More

Worst experience at a dealer yet. Brought my truck in for transmission repair and a/c repair. When work was completed I came in to get my truck only to find out it was completely dead Brought my truck in for transmission repair and a/c repair. When work was completed I came in to get my truck only to find out it was completely dead and they had been jump starting it the whole time it was there and no one said a thing. After finding out that the batteries were killed because the dealer left a dome light on they did not want to cover new batteries and i had to pay for 2 new batteries. After finally driving off the dealer with my truck i didn’t even make it home before the a/c stooped working. I immediately called the dealer for them to tell me that I would have to wait to bring it back in until they could get me another loaner (i had a loaner while they were working on tranny and a/c) Its been 2 weeks now with no a/c and they still haven’t called me to bring the truck back in to repair the a/c. Will never step foot in this dealership again. More

Chris' face to face customer service was exceptional, and the vehicle inspection report with explanations had me decided to return for future services.
