It was a friday. I was driving my wife to work when the car broke...Lost all power and had to coast into a driveway....It was late and i couldn't get a tow until after the shop was closed so i used the nig car broke...Lost all power and had to coast into a driveway....It was late and i couldn't get a tow until after the shop was closed so i used the night drop...Called back on sat...and was told they were looking into the issue. Called back on Monday a was told the problem was the timing belt as well as the timing belt tentioner...upon later calls was told the head needed to be sent off to be machined and that the car would be ready the following Thursday 1/11/13...was then told the car would be ready the following day....when i showed up again was told the car would be ready the following day.....I wait and when i hear nothing i go back to find that neither the service advisor nor the mechanic was in that day so how was the car going to be ready?....so Monday comes around and i am assured by Charles the service manager that my car would be ready that evening before close of business again i am called and told that they cannot get the oil return line to seal and they need a gasket for it....the car is finally done Tuesday...but due to problems on my end i cannot pick up the car till friday which is today.....so i go in to get the car...the lot tech has to jump the car to get it started he pulls it up and turns it off so then i have to have them jump it again i get a block down the road and the car smokes check engine lights come on my abs warning light goes off and my handbrake warning light is on. I examine the car and find a trail of oil...leading to a puddle under the car of about 1/4 quart of oil....not to mention missing aftermarket peices and a missing valve cover bolt, and a positive battery terminal in serious need of changing....Save your money do not go to Tucson dodge...better to mess up your own car then to pay this dealer to mess it up for you.....this is the second time i have had aftermarket parts disappear off my car at this dealer More
We purchased a 2012 Dodge Journey in Nov 2011. The sales team was ok, but not very professional. When we went to F&I, the girl there got upset because we didn't want to buy any additional packages. She gave team was ok, but not very professional. When we went to F&I, the girl there got upset because we didn't want to buy any additional packages. She gave us a weird look because we said no. A few days later, we had to bring in additional documents because she lost them. Then we had problems with the radio system in the vehicle. We had to take the vehicle back at least 5 times before they finally put in a new radio and updated the software. Now, the USB connector still wont work. We talked to Chelsea and she kept saying that it wasnt working because our USB drive was defective. Lol. Wow! I would think they would have their own devices to test the USB connection with instead of trying to make us go and buy more USB drives until we find one that works! Well we know that no USB drive will work because it's obviously the connection. When we move the USB around, it will work intermittently and then when we start driving, the road vibrations make the USB stop working again. Chelsea said she would contact Chrysler and call us back, but she never did. We even called her back and left her messages but still no call back. We even talked to the service manager today and he said he would call us back but he still hasn't. Bottom line is this dealership is terrible. More
