Such a bad experience My husbands Stratus had a timing belt break on his way to work and was towed to this dealer as part of our roadside service with our insurance company My husbands Stratus had a timing belt break on his way to work and was towed to this dealer as part of our roadside service with our insurance company. The estimate was astronomical, more than the car was worth, so we decided we were just going to sell it to the dealer, I asked for an estimate on the value of the car and was told $300. Fine, after all the car is unable to drive. when we went in to try to sell the car, it took hours. The salesman Jason was sarcastic and rude when he called my husband to discuss the "trade in value". I had told the service staff that I was the contact person for the vehicle because my husband was at work and works long hours. they continued to call my husbands phone instead of mine. When we finally got everything finished, the service bill for diagnostics was 137.00, when they cut the check for the car that was worth $300, they ended up giving us $150. So basically we ended up paying $150 for the diagnostic service. When we pulled up to the dealer parking lot, there was a salesman and a service person leaning against a car that was for sale. If they will treat the new cars like that, what will they do to a car that is brought in for service that they aren't trying to sell!? This is a nickel and dime dealer, such a terrible experience, and I LOVE dodge, I have a Dodge Ram Hemi, and had such a great experience buying it in North Carolina. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealer!!! Lisa in the service department was very nice, the only positive experience about this whole process. More
2nd time around I had to take my 07 2500 ram back a 2nd time to have the alignment redone. I also had to the coolant level checked again I live on the east side of town but make the trip to the dodge dealer on 22nd and Columbus. I am concerned and was not happy at having to return a 2nd time to have the work redone. I work and had to take additional time off to return the vehicle. My concern still is the " I wonder " thought it puts in your head about the quality of the rest of the work. To be sure I have not had a doubt about quality of service before now and I will probably return to have future work done. I would also add a thank you to MS Beatty for fitting me in to the head of the line when I showed back up. More
Issue after issue Purchased a new vehicle and have had problems ever since. We took it in for a grinding issue and they said they fixed it. A few weeks later the grinding started again so we took it back once again. They had to replace the brake pads again because they didn't fix correctly the first time. So we will see how long before we need to take it back. Overall very unhappy even with an appointment it's an all day affair. My husband wait at least an extra 30 minutes because the staff was singing happy birthday and eating cake and forgot that he was there waiting. I will never buy from them again!!!!! More

While I don't blame the dealer for the issues, I am extremely frustrated by their lack of ability to fix the problems. I receive a tremendous amount of kindness, but no solutions. All attempts to reach the general manager have gone un answered. Because of the lack of after sale support, I will never buy from them again. More

While waiting I had second thoughts about having the chips repaired as I had concerns that the repair would be more obvious than the chips, but it had already been done. I was then informed that the windshield would be completely replaced and no charge to me. Imagine my surprise when it was arranged for the mobile repair to come to my home the next morning to replace my windshield. The young man was there the next morning right on time. Windshield replaced and so far all is good. Even though I am not extremely happy with my car I must say that I have been completely happy with the service that I have received at this dealership on each visit.. More

He arranged for a late model loaner for me, and I picked up my car the following afternoon. There were no extra or hidden costs beyond the originally quoted price. Nic did everything possible to accommodate me from the moment I pulled up to Larry Miller Dodge, until I left. This was the kind of customer service that ensures my continued patronage.. I'm new to Tucson, and feel lucky to have found a reputable and professional Dodge dealer. Nic's attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills were very much appreciated. Thank you! More
