From Service to Sales My original intent was to complete scheduled services and oil change; however, while waiting for the 2012 Ram 3500 to be inspected, necessary service My original intent was to complete scheduled services and oil change; however, while waiting for the 2012 Ram 3500 to be inspected, necessary service identified, and oil changed I began browsing the lot "window shopping." A good selection of trucks was on the lot, and actually walked around for a couple of hours before running into anyone from the sales department. Began with the free estimate to determine what potential trade-in value from vehicle being serviced would be and ended up beginning the process of purchase of a 2015 Ram 2500. Historically, had my 2012 serviced with this dealership since its purchase from Avondale, and the service is top notch, although can be time consuming. I typically plan for a full day (which makes for a long one coming from the Sierra Vista area). Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough come to mind when discussing the service department. This was a new experience with their sales, and were professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and generally competitive with their no-haggle low pricing. Would recommend both the service and sales for Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Tucson to anyone looking for either type of department. More

Very Understanding Folks I dropped by for an oil change which was done promptly. Shortly after, I realized I had forgotten my wallet :-( They were completely understanding and gave me no hassle when I said I would return the next day to pay for the oil change and have the differential serviced (which of course I did.) Waiting forever With an appointment, came in for replacement of a speaker and 4 tire sensors. I am a Corporate Select Client. Took 2 3/4 hours for these 2 simple task With an appointment, came in for replacement of a speaker and 4 tire sensors. I am a Corporate Select Client. Took 2 3/4 hours for these 2 simple tasks. Have previously had 4 sensors put in by Discount tire in less than 30". Then found tires where not pumped up equally. Instead of 70 front and 80 rear, front were 4psi's off and rear were 3psi's off of each other. Sloppy and slow work. If I was not locked in under manufacturers warranty I would definitely take this to another shop. Looking to another dealership at this point. More
