I did not originally purchase my car from you folks and I stopped going to that “other” dodge dealership because their maintenance practices were terrible! Dodge 2500 service. Having problems with my diesel truck so I took it in for a diagnostic test. Located the problem with my vehicle and James gave me my options. Went above and beyond Brake issue . Two different dealers, each with the same response-service-fix. Third time with same issue I opened a case with Chrysler. That resulted Brake issue . Two different dealers, each with the same response-service-fix. Third time with same issue I opened a case with Chrysler. That resulted in a seven-day stay at the second dealer and some major replacement work. I hope the fix is now permanent, but my confidence is shaken. Highly recommend calling Chrysler for a reoccurring problem; they really light a fire and they have the overall experience for odd, low occurrence issues. Have used this dealer for service for three vehicles (Dodge HD truck, Mustang, and Jeep) for over nine years. Though communications some times get mixed up, they are, overall, the best dealer for service I have ever dealt with in 40 years of owning vehicles. If responding to this survey puts me on any email lists I will wish I had refused to complete the survey. More

Difficult service on a RAM diesel After 3 service trips to a competitor for the same problem that was never resolved, I drove the extra distance to bring the truck to Larry H. Miller. The service writer, Lisa Beatty, learned more by plugging her computer into the diagnostic port than the other dealership did in several days of diagnostics. The truck was fixed within 24 hours and has worked perfectly since. I received a call from the mechanic while he was working on the truck to verify my experiences while driving and explained what was wrong. I am very impressed with the service writer and the mechanic. More
