Travis Vanstrander was my service representative for both visits. His knowledge of my vehicle, professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. He even washed my vehicle himself to expedite one of the visits. Transmission repairs James was great to work with. As for the mechanical side of the house, it still seams like something is still wrong with the transmission. When I st James was great to work with. When I start off it still sounds like its in lower gears, but drive it for a little ways and it goes away and runs like a champ. Every time I took it out, it would start that way. I don't think it was test drove or they would have caught that. We needed the truck to much to bring it back. They can check it when we bring it in for the oil change. This might not be a transmission issue. More
