Mis-diagnoses of problem, costing me a lot of money. Had a power steering oil leak on my 2006 BR3500 diesel truck. Took it to Larry H Miller on 22nd street for diagnosis and repair. They said it was t Had a power steering oil leak on my 2006 BR3500 diesel truck. Took it to Larry H Miller on 22nd street for diagnosis and repair. They said it was the power steering pump. I had them replace the pump and flush the system. Cost me $1,341.00. When the truck was driven back to Utah three days after picking it up at the dealers, all of the power steering fluid again leaked out, making the truck almost impossible to drive. I took the truck to my mechanic in Utah and they diagnosed the problem as the steering gearbox leaking. So, Larry H Miller mis-diagnosed the problem as it is highly that both the pump and steering gearbox would both be bad at the same time. Now it is going to cost me an additional $650 to have the steering gearbox replaced. I took the truck to a dealer for repair as I though it would get me a quality repair. I was wrong! More

I returned the truck to the service department today to have this resolved. They informed me the truck was being repaired under warranty. I assumed it would be, but was delighted to hear they were looking out for my interests. I have confidence in this dealership service department, and am relieved I get professional care. More
Service Department is Horrible while I did have a decent experience with the sales staff the service department leaves something to be desired. Do not even think of trying to talk to a manager because they just pawn you off to an assistant or an assistant to the assistant. They do not try to figure any problems out, they only plug the code reader in and go off of that. At no point with they try to diagnose a problem on their own. Stay away at all costs. More
