Horrible experience by far, spent over 8 thousand dollars on repairs for a new engine and they've had my vehicle for 4 months and now i Have to pick up my van in a non working condition after paying over 8k on repairs for a new engine and they've had my vehicle for 4 months and now i Have to pick up my van in a non working condition after paying over 8k. Nice to see they made a profit off of me and here I am with a non working vehicle! More

Saturday, I made an appt. online for Monday 2pm, explained in comments needed 4X4 solenoid looked at. Arrived on time, was told no one could look at until wed. was told to com online for Monday 2pm, explained in comments needed 4X4 solenoid looked at. Arrived on time, was told no one could look at until wed. was told to come back wed. between 715 and 730 and a mechanic would look at it Wed. arrived at 720am. now it obvious Im not on the appt. list. Dillion didnt put me on the list for wednesday, and so now he is scrabling and telling me hes doing me a favor in moving me up in the line, and it would be hours before anyone could look at it ?? he's indignant and says " well this is a busy shop". ok, isnt that what the online apppointment system is supposed to sort out ? very disappointing the lack of communication and customer service. The purpose of an appointment is so that BOTH parties can find a mutual time to conduct their business based on Both of their busy schedules. Customers time is apparently not as important at this Dealership. More
